Dear Friends of North Texas,

We are delighted to invite you to The Dunham Farm for a unique and heartwarming experience!

Our Capybara, Cap (Captain America) and his wife Peggy have given birth to adorable baby capybaras

‍

These yet to be named super hero baby capybara are eager to meet all of you in the Dallas , Fort Worth , Burleson , Crowley , and the entire North Texas community.

‍

We are inviting all of you to help us name them. One boy and two girls will remain here on the farm.

‍

Join us for a time filled with fun, laughter, and furry capybara cuddles.

Whether you're an animal enthusiast or simply looking for a day of wholesome entertainment, this is an time you won't want to miss.

Refund policy for The Dunham Farm

1. Regarding the sale of live animals

There are absolutely no refunds once payment is received. Make sure this is the purchase you want to make before making payment.

There is a lot of time and energy invested up to the point of sale and then after the sale great deal of information will also be shared depending on the animal/ bird for care and maintenance and animal husbandry issues. The information and training that is sold with the purchase of an animal, is the accumulation of decades of expertise and considered trade secrets of success in this industry.

A large part of our business is consulting. Having taught poultry and animal science for 37 years.. please understand that the information we share immediately upon sale of a bird/animal and the ongoing consulting we offer, that is a big part of the value in purchasing any of our animals.

2. Regarding animal/bird health:

We can only guarantee the animals health while they're under The Dunham Farm care. As soon as they leave the farm that guarantee ceases. We have no control over what happens to an animal during transportation or in the care of another after they leave the farm.

Regarding Reservations to The Dunham Farm Wildlife Park:

Up until 72 hours before your reservation, you can call and ask to reschedule your reservation for other reasons and The Dunham farm staff will do their best to find a purchaser for the time slot you paid for. If it can be resold, The Dunham Farm will reschedule your reservation for another time that is available. (no refunds).

No rescheduling or refunds will be granted within 72 hours of a reservation.

If The Dunham Farm ever has to close For any type of an emergency like a tornado or a fire or something like that... All appointments will be moved to available openings in the schedule. (No refunds).

THE DUNHAM FARM DOES NOT CLOSE FOR RAIN OR SNOW. It is an outdoor experience and the weather is part of the adventure.

Further, Saturday appointments are in such high demand that any changes must be requested in a verbal conversation directly with the owner a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the reservation. (Text email and voice messages will not be considered) The resolution of verbal request will be followed up in writing. Again, The Dunham Farm staff will make their best effort to accommodate a change to a future date.

Due to the extremely high demand of dates around a holiday or school vacation dates, there are no changes or refunds when booking any time the week before or after a holiday or school vacation date.
